This program is designed for anyone no matter your fitness level. The J Lane 30 is a program designed to shock the body and build the physique you desire. With this, there will be workouts set for days 1-30. Each day is a new chance to get better and challenge your mind and body. Workouts will take anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and half and can be done in just about any gym. If your gym doesn't have a piece of equipment listed than substitute it something similar. For the best results you have to be willing to push yourself and put in the work. Remember you get out what you put in and the only person you can cheat is yourself. At the end of the day it’s you vs the person you see in the mirror. You’re the only person who makes the change that you want to happen. Believe in yourself. How bad do you want it?
