Some really good meal ideas
In my opinion, I was hoping for a little more. There are three different training splits, but there is only one exercise that you can repeat during the week (for push, pull, leg split there are only three exercises). The exercises are good, but I like to switch it up just a little so I would wish that there would be 2 of each push, pull, legs, but still a very solid workout that is making me grow. The nutrition is well worded and gives good information and has helped me a lot. I like the workouts and program overall, but I do not love it. Could be a little more in depth, but overall still very solid!
